These Terms of Service govern access to and use of ReplyXa, a WhatsApp automation and business workflow platform operated by CeyCodex in Sri Lanka.

By accessing or using ReplyXa, you agree to these Terms. If you are using ReplyXa on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

ReplyXa helps businesses manage WhatsApp conversations and related operational workflows, including customer enquiries, orders, reservations, customer records, notifications, and automation.

Features may change over time as the service is improved, expanded, or adapted to technical, legal, or platform requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for protecting account credentials, access tokens, verification details, and other security information used with ReplyXa.

You are also responsible for activities performed through your authorised users and connected business accounts.

ReplyXa integrates with the official WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta.

Your use of WhatsApp through ReplyXa must comply with applicable Meta and WhatsApp terms, policies, messaging rules, template requirements, business verification requirements, and other platform obligations.

You must not use ReplyXa to:

• Send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorised communications.
• Violate privacy, consumer protection, intellectual property, or other laws.
• Attempt to access systems, accounts, or data without authorisation.
• Interfere with the security, stability, or availability of the service.
• Use ReplyXa in a way that violates WhatsApp or Meta policies.

Businesses using ReplyXa remain responsible for the customer data, messages, workflow content, menus, order information, reservation information, and other content they submit or process through the service.

You must have all necessary permissions and lawful grounds to collect, use, and process information through ReplyXa.

Our handling of personal information is described in the ReplyXa Privacy Policy.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but continuous or uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Service interruptions may result from maintenance, infrastructure failures, internet connectivity, Meta or WhatsApp platform changes, third-party services, security events, or other circumstances.

ReplyXa may depend on third-party services such as Meta, WhatsApp, hosting providers, communications providers, and other technology services.

We are not responsible for independent acts, outages, policy changes, suspensions, or restrictions imposed by those third parties.

ReplyXa plans may include limits relating to users, workflows, connected WhatsApp numbers, messaging activity, or other service resources.

Pricing, billing terms, included features, and applicable limits may be presented separately when a business subscribes to a plan.

Access to ReplyXa may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, misuse, policy violations, legal requirements, or material breach of these Terms.

Where appropriate, we may provide an opportunity to resolve an issue before suspension or termination.

ReplyXa, its software, branding, design, documentation, and related service materials are owned by or licensed to CeyCodex, except for third-party materials and trademarks.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of ReplyXa or its underlying technology to users.

ReplyXa is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every specific business purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CeyCodex will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of ReplyXa, third-party platform interruptions, or unauthorised use outside our reasonable control.

We may update these Terms when the service, legal requirements, commercial arrangements, or third-party platform obligations change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
